He was co-head of JGP Financial Advisory (2023-2026) and founder of the boutique L6 Capital Partners (2015-2023), where he led M&A transactions across various segments: healthcare, education, technology, retail, among others. At BTG Pactual (2000-2009), he took part in structuring the institution’s commercial credit segment and worked in investment banking, structuring private debt and M&A. He also worked at Citibank (1998-2000).
He holds a degree in Economics, with an MBA in Finance from Ibmec, and the Series 6 certification from FINRA.
