Leto Capital

A capital solutions ecosystem dedicated to the Brazilian credit market. Leto brings together three complementary businesses: Leto Asset Management, a credit fund manager and the core of the group; Leto Financial Advisory, providing M&A and debt capital markets (DCM) advisory; and IDEX Analytics, a provider of credit indices and data.

Our journey began in 2014 as the credit division of JGP. In 2026, through a management buyout, the team took ownership of the business and founded Leto. The brand is new, but the team has grown together for more than a decade, building its own culture and a robust infrastructure for credit analysis, risk assessment, portfolio management and deal structuring.

With offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, our professionals work across portfolio management, research, advisory, data and technology, risk, compliance, operations, investor relations and business development, in a meritocratic environment with a partnership model. Credit is in our DNA, and we believe capital markets should play a leading role in driving real transformation in the economy.
